Deadlines in Photojournalism

1. What is the origins of the word deadline?
"time limit," 1920, American English newspaper jargon, from dead (adj.) + line . Perhaps influenced by earlier use (1864) to mean the "do-not-cross" line in Civil War prisons, which figured in the Wirz trial.
2. What impact will missing today's deadline have on you?
It will not be accepted or graded
3. Have you had issues meeting deadlines in other classes? If so, what consequences did you 
have for missing those deadlines?
Yes, the consequences were a late grade ( such as a 70 ).
4. Do you find yourself missing deadlines on a regular basis? If so, what do you think causes you to miss deadlines?
Yes, the cause of it is more homework stacking on top of it.
5. What specifically kept you from meeting today's photo deadline?
Other work i havent finished.
6. What do you plan to do to complete this task as quickly as possible so you can earn as much credit as you can?
Be very productive and get my work done

Get a good night's sleep, because i stay up doing work.

Fatigue.

A productive place where no one can interrupt me

Quiet environment, Full stomach, integrity to work.

Yes.

A quiet environment and very relaxed.
3. What are your biggest distractions when it comes to studying?
Loud noises and random thoughts

1.) A quiet environment.
2.) Being wide awake.
3.) Full stomach.
